• Format: PDF
• Length: Maximum 300 words
• Include: Title, background, case description, outcome, and key learning points
• Deadline: 30 July 2025
• Submit via the link provided below. No email abstracts will be considered

All selected posters must be printed A0 portrait format and will be displayed in the courtyard area between the Auditorium and Conference room 2 for the duration of the conference.  Judging of the posters will be completed by Saturday afternoon and the top 3 posters announced in the final session on Saturday.

All poster presenters are required to have prepared a 5-minute powerpoint presentation on their poster, in the event they are selected as one of the top 3 posters.

The top 3 posters will be invited to do a 5 minute (+ 2minute Q&A) on their poster on Sunday morning in the mixed sesssion.

Fantastic prizes will also be awarded to the top 3 posters.
